Iranian Negin saffron.
All-red and slightly shorter than Super Negin, with the same category certification. The working grade for food manufacturers who need Category I chemistry without paying for thread length.
Category I chemistry at a lower cost per kilo than Super Negin because the threads are shorter. If the saffron is going into a blend or an extract, this is usually the right call.

Category I chemistry, without the length premium
Negin meets the same crocin and picrocrocin thresholds as Super Negin. What it does not have is the sorted, uniform length — and length is exactly what a manufacturer stops paying for the moment the saffron goes into a pot.
Who buys Negin
Food manufacturers, ready-meal producers, hotel and catering groups, and anyone blending saffron into a spice mix. If the end customer will never see an individual thread, the presentation premium is money burned.
A note on honesty in the trade
Negin is occasionally sold into retail as Super Negin because the visual difference is subtle in a photograph. Check the thread-length line on any specification you are offered — from us or from anyone else.
Compare it against the rest.
Sample first. Decide after.
Tell us the grade and volume you are working to and we will send an indicative offer, the specification sheet, and a sample dispatch window — normally within one working day.
