Iranian Sargol saffron.
Broken all-red tips — the fragments left when the stigma is cut. Strong colour, no presentation value. Built for extraction, seasoning blends and industrial kitchens.
Not a retail grade. We flag this openly because Sargol is sometimes sold into retail packs where the buyer expected whole thread — check the form line on any offer you receive, from anyone.

The cheapest way to buy Category I colour
Sargol is what is left when the red tips break during cutting and handling. Chemically it is the same material as Negin — the colour, bitterness and aroma values sit in the same band. What you lose is the thread.
Built for extraction
Because it is already fragmented, Sargol extracts faster and more evenly than whole thread. For a colour extract, a liquid preparation or an industrial seasoning line, that is an advantage rather than a compromise.
What we will not do with it
We will not pack Sargol into retail vials and describe it as premium thread saffron. It is a common practice and it is the reason many first-time buyers lose faith in the category. If you are quoted a suspiciously cheap 'premium' saffron, ask for the form line.
Compare it against the rest.
Sample first. Decide after.
Tell us the grade and volume you are working to and we will send an indicative offer, the specification sheet, and a sample dispatch window — normally within one working day.
