1. About us
Pravaha International is an export business registered in India, with its head office at Shop No 4, KAPS Township, Nr Anumala Gate, Unchamala, Tapi, Gujarat — 394651. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Pravaha International.
2. Quotations and offers
Figures shown on this website — including any indicative price band, duty estimate or landed cost produced by the export desk tool — are indicative only and do not constitute an offer. A binding offer is issued in writing against a confirmed grade, quantity, destination and Incoterm, and is valid for the period stated on it.
3. Specifications and certificates
Grade specifications published on this website state the ISO 3632-1 category thresholds against which a grade is certified. The measured crocin, picrocrocin, safranal and moisture values for any particular lot are stated on the certificate of analysis issued with that lot, and it is those values, not the published thresholds, that describe the goods supplied.
4. Samples
Samples are drawn from a specific lot and are representative of that lot only. Where a sample charge applies it is stated at the time of order and, where we have agreed to do so, credited against a subsequent commercial order.
5. Delivery and risk
Delivery, transfer of risk and allocation of cost follow the Incoterm agreed on the order. Transit times published on this website are indicative and depend on carrier schedules, port conditions and customs clearance, none of which are within our control.
6. Import compliance
The buyer is responsible for import licensing, customs duties, taxes and compliance with food safety and labelling requirements in the destination country. We prepare documentation to support clearance and will advise where we can, but we do not act as your customs or regulatory adviser.
7. Claims
Claims relating to quantity, condition or conformity must be notified in writing within 14 days of arrival at the destination port, with supporting evidence and retained samples. Claims raised after that period, or where the goods have been repacked or blended, cannot be assessed.
8. Website content
Content on this website is provided for information. Interactive tools — including the export desk, dosage calculator, colour meter and lot lookup — are provided as planning aids and produce estimates, not quotations. Any lot records shown for demonstration are identified as such.
9. Data
Details submitted through the enquiry form are used to respond to your enquiry and to maintain our commercial relationship with you. We do not sell contact data. To have your details removed from our records, email info@pravahainternational.com.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat have jurisdiction, unless a signed contract between us provides otherwise.
